If you go to this hotel, you'll be pleasantly surprised by its attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location, although a bit of a uphill walk from the main port, offers a beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was absolutely fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were always friendly and helpful with great information about getting around this pretty island. The hotel facilities were lovely, especially the pool which was well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Plus, the location was very convenient as the hotel was situated directly in the center of Casamiciolla Terme.
Everything is exactly what I needed and wanted.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea from the room and the pool area. The breakfast had many options and was very satisfying. The location was great as it was next to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The rooms were very basic and lacked warmth. The heating system was poor, which made it uncomfortable to sleep during the cold nights.

The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the daily cleaning ensures a spotless room. This hotel, located high on a hill, is a bit far from the marina, but that means it offers a quiet place to escape the crowds. It's close to the restaurant Focolare, serving delicious food to enjoy. The rooms are quite basic but clean, and the bathrooms are decent. The breakfast is alright, but the garden and swimming pool are nice facilities to enjoy.
The hotel is let down by unreliable bus service, which can make exploring the island more difficult.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel on a hillside in a beautiful location. The hotel had an inviting and family-oriented atmosphere, with the owner going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and plenty of space to relax in the sun. One of the standout features was the delicious food offered at breakfast and dinner, with fresh ingredients sourced from the owner's own garden. The meals were varied and of excellent quality, providing a delightful culinary experience throughout our stay.
All was perfectly fine, no improvements needed.

Located in the hills, the hotel offered stunning views of the surroundings and was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. A bus stop was conveniently located outside the hotel, making it easy to move around.
The hotel lacked certain amenities, like air conditioning, which became uncomfortable in the summer heat. The breakfast was simple and repetitive, and the staff was limited, leading to slow service at times, especially during Christmas time when the hotel was busier.
